How do I cancel my appointment?
We recommend that you cancel your appointments through your account at least 24 hours in advance or re-arrange. Patients not cancelling 24-hours prior to their appointment will lose their deposit and unattended appointments will be charged at the discretion of the company. If you would like to permanently cancel your appointment and not rebook/re-arrange then please contact us on 02921999300 or email [email protected] . All emails must be sent 24 hours before the appointment time to receive a full refund and will be assessed according to the time stamp on the email.
How do I know if I need insoles?
Insoles are given for numerous conditions. Until we see and identify the problem we can’t suggest if you are suitable for them. We would recommend you book an appointment for biomechanical/gait analysis online so we can assess the problem first and suggest our treatment method.
How do I know if my appointment is confirmed?
You will receive an instant email confirmation telling you that your appointment has been successfully booked. Furthermore, you will receive an email and text reminder 48 hours before your appointment just for peace of mind.

How long will my treatment last?
Treatment will take as long as is required but will typically take up to 30 minutes for routine chiropody. Anything more complex we would require booking you in for a longer appointment.
How many days in advance are appointments available?
Appointments can be made 4 months in advance unless stated otherwise.
How often should I see a podiatrist?
Treat your feet as you do your teeth, a yearly check-up is healthy, but if you have pain then seek treatment. A frightening number of people think foot pain is normal! It isn’t! If your feet hurt, seek advice.
I hate showing anyone my feet, what shall I do?
We have seen many different types of feet over the year and yours will not be the worst we have seen. We work with complete confidence and total confidentiality so there is no need to worry about showing us your feet.
