Note: Changes must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to attend any appointments or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may result in you being charged the cost of your appointment at the discretion of the podiatrist.

We recommend that you cancel your appointments through your account at least 24 hours in advance or re-arrange it. Appointments not cancelled 24 hours prior to your appointment will lose their deposit and unattended appointments will be charged at the discretion of the company.
Why do I have to provide my phone number while booking my appointment?
If there is a problem with your appointment, we require a primary form of contact to speak with yourself in case we need to change the appointment.
Can I book an appointment for friends and/or family members on my account?
No. Your friends and family members must create their own accounts in order to book an appointment online.
How do I cancel my appointment?
We recommend that you cancel your appointments through your account at least 24 hours in advance or re-arrange. Patients not cancelling 24-hours prior to their appointment will lose their deposit and unattended appointments will be charged at the discretion of the company. All emails must be sent 24 hours before the appointment time to receive a full refund and will be assessed according to the time stamp on the email.
How many days in advance are appointments available?
Appointments can be made 4 months in advance unless stated otherwise.
Is my deposit deducted from the cost of treatment?
Deposits are deducted from all treatment costs and the remainder of the treatment fee is charged at the appointment.
Why do I need to pay a deposit for an appointment?
Deposits are taken to secure your appointment, especially if they are over 30 minutes.
Will I get any reminders of my upcoming appointments?
Yes. We will send you an email and a text message 48 hours prior to your appointment.
