We recommend that you cancel your appointments through your account at least 24 hours in advance or re-arrange. Patients not cancelling 24-hours prior to their appointment will lose their deposit and unattended appointments will be charged at the discretion of the company. If you would like to permanently cancel your appointment and not rebook/re-arrange then please contact us on 02921999300 or email [email protected]. All emails must be sent 24 hours before the appointment time to receive a full refund and will be assessed according to the time stamp on the email.
Appointments can be made 4 months in advance unless stated otherwise.
Please log in and select "my appointments" where you can view all past and current appointments.
Deposits are deducted from all treatment costs and the remainder of the treatment fee is charged at the appointment.
Deposits are taken to secure your appointment, especially if they are over 30 minutes.

We send emails to confirm the upcoming appointment and as reminders. Furthermore, we send emails for promotional offers we have on at our clinics and any discounts we can pass on to our patients. Details are never given/sold to any third party and all information is securely protected.
