Receptionist/Medical Chaperone

I'm Zinnia and I'm 19 years old and my hobbies include listening to music, going to concerts with my friends and special effects makeup. My role in the practice is medical chaperone/receptionist. I help to set up/cancel/reschedule appointments, provide my communication, perseverance and motivation and lots more as a receptionist.

As a chaperone I work alongside our amazing doctors while they scan patients with our high tech ultrasound machine. I keep our patients calm and satisfied during their scans along with keeping the organisation, hygiene and cleanliness of the room up to the standards it should be.

While working in the practice I have learned so many interesting facts about the human body inside and out, new IT skills and met lots of new wonderful people and can't wait to learn more. In the practice I like to show I am a self-motivated, hard working, dedicated and dependable young professional.
