Home Visit Service
Acorn Sports Podiatry can provide foot care and treatments in a domiciliary care setting within your own home, nursing home or hospital.
If you find it a struggle to come out of your home, then why not let us come to you instead? We can provide you with the foot care treatment that you need in the comfort of your own home.
We also provide podiatry (chiropody) treatment for nursing home residents either on an individual basis or we can arrange a contract to multiple residents which can reduce the individual cost per treatment.
Services
Services provided are all assessed on an individual basis depending on what the patient needs. Podiatry/chiropody at home may be required for regular nail cutting and/or monitoring services for more in-depth purposes such as:
1. Diabetic assessment
2. Vascular/neurovascular assessment
3. Biomechanical assessment for follow up insole prescription
