Aurnika Rahman

I'm Aurnika, and I work as a receptionist/clinic assistant at Acorn family. I'm a friendly person who likes listening to music and traveling to different countries. Learning new languages is also something I enjoy.

My main job is answering phone calls and helping patients with appointments. I also give advice about the treatments we offer. I like meeting patients face-to-face and solving any problems they have. Being a receptionist can be busy, but I enjoy it because I see it as more than just a job—it's something I'm passionate about.

Right now, we're trying to figure out what problems our patients are having so we can help them better. I'm working on becoming more confident in my role so I can be an even better team member.
